These are factory “Modified” Front locking blocks and MAY require rail flattening to fit each individual slide due to different manufacturer tolerances. We suggest pinning the front and rear rails into your frame and sanding or “honing” the FLB and RRS till a flat plane between both rails is achieved. A belt sander makes this a quick process.
