Shipping Restrictions & Compliance
Some products sold on this website may be restricted in certain cities, counties, or states. Restrictions can vary by product and can change due to evolving laws and carrier policies. You are responsible for knowing and complying with all applicable city, county, state, and federal laws before ordering. Product/page notices apply. If a product page, category page, or checkout notice includes a restriction, that restriction is part of the purchase terms for that item.
Restricted Locations List
The restricted list below applies to products within these categories (and products assigned to them): No Quarter Innovations Products, Pistol Blank Kits, Jigs and Tooling, and 80% AR-15 Kits. Some additional items (such as certain rails/locking blocks) may also display restrictions on the product page. This item is restricted from shipping to the following: California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Jersey, New York (including New York City), Oregon, Pennsylvania (including Delaware County, Philadelphia, Reading, York City), Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, Washington, D.C. Important: This list may be updated as laws and carrier policies change. If you are unsure whether an item can ship to your location, please contact us before ordering.
Compliance Cancellations & Fees
If an order contains item(s) that cannot be shipped to your destination due to restrictions, we may (at our discretion) cancel the order or remove/refund the restricted item(s).
A) Compliance-Based Cancellations (Restricted Destinations)
Orders containing restricted items shipped to any restricted destination (or otherwise restricted by current law or carrier policy) may be cancelled and charged a 15% compliance cancellation/restock fee.
B) Identity Verification (Fraud Prevention)
For fraud prevention, we may request identity verification. Orders cancelled due to failure to complete requested identity verification may be charged a 15% compliance cancellation/restock fee.
Standard Order Cancellations
A 15% cancellation fee may apply to cancelled and/or refunded orders that are not part of an approved RMA return (see RMA section below).
Returns, Refunds & RMA (Eligible Items Only)
RMA required. We accept returns only with an approved RMA number. You must email or call customer service to obtain an RMA number prior to any return, refund, or exchange. If you return a product without an approved RMA, it may be returned to you and is not subject to refund or exchange.
B) Approved RMA Returns (Eligible Items)
For items that are eligible for return (not final sale), approved RMA returns are subject to:
- 15% RMA restocking fee and shipping costs are not refunded (unless we shipped the wrong item or a confirmed defect applies below).
- Returns must include the original order number/receipt/invoice and the RMA number.
- Photo or video evidence may be required before a return is authorized.
- Processing time may take up to two weeks after we receive the returned product(s) (not including transit time).
Defects / Wrong Item (Eligible Items)
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes resulting in the shipment of an incorrect product may also be accepted.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the returning party, except where the wrong item was received or a warranty exchange is approved during the first 14 days after delivery.
- Items returned for warranty will be replaced or exchanged, not refunded.
Modified Parts
No returns will be accepted for any modified parts.
Final Sale Items (P80, 80% / 76% Blanks)
Polymer80 (P80) Final Sale / No Warranty
All P80 sales are final, as P80 has closed and can no longer fulfill warranties or accept returns. This is reflected in current P80 product pricing.
Defects / Exchanges (If an Exchange Is Possible)
In the event that an exchange is possible, NQI LLC will facilitate this once the customer returns the item for confirmation.
- If a defect is confirmed, NQI LLC will cover return postage and replacement shipping costs.
- If no defect is found, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Opting Out / Restocking Fee (P80)
Final Sale / Exceptions: All P80 sales are final. If NQI LLC agrees, at its sole discretion, to accept a return or cancellation as a one-time exception, a 50% restocking fee will apply. No returns are accepted for modified parts.
80% / 76% Blank Sales
ALL 80% and 76% blank sales are final. There are no returns for these items due to their nature. Some items may not be covered by carrier insurance options and the end user/purchaser accepts all responsibilities. We recommend selecting an adult signature option at checkout when available. Shipping Time, Backorders & Delivery Notes
Shipping cutoff: Most orders received before 1:00 PM will ship the same day (provided the product is in stock). Most orders received after 1:00 PM will ship the next business day. We do not ship Saturday or Sunday, or on most national holidays. Due to demand and operational constraints, shipping times are subject to change and can take as long as 6–8 weeks in some circumstances. For multi-item orders, we will make every attempt to ship all items together. If a product is unavailable at the time of shipping, it may ship as it becomes available unless you inform us otherwise.
Payments & Address Requirements
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). There is no surcharge for using a credit card. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Address requirement (fraud prevention): Please provide your exact billing address and telephone number. We do not allow separate shipping and billing addresses. We also accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt.
Sales Tax
Our store may automatically charge and withhold applicable sales tax for orders delivered to addresses within the same state. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.
Legal Eligibility & Buyer Certifications
By using this website and/or purchasing products, you certify that you are not prohibited from possessing firearms under federal or state law and that you will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. You also agree not to use any information or products from this site for any unlawful purpose.
Disputes, Arbitration & Governing Law
Mediation and arbitration: If a dispute arises out of or in connection with these terms or the use of NQI LLC products, the parties will attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith consultation. If not resolved, disputes may be submitted to mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful or unavailable, disputes will be submitted to final and binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada. The arbitrator’s award will be final, and judgment may be entered by any court having jurisdiction within the State of Nevada. Attorney’s fees: In the event of litigation relating to the subject matter of this agreement, the non-prevailing party shall reimburse the prevailing party for all reasonable attorney’s fees and costs. Applicable laws: This site is controlled and operated by NQI LLC from its offices within the United States. Accessing this site from territories where its content or products are illegal is prohibited. Those who access this site from other locations do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

Compliance With Laws / Export Controls
Buyer shall comply with federal, state, and local laws pertaining to the goods or services purchased. Certain goods, technical materials, or related information may be restricted under export control laws and regulations (including ITAR/EAR). Buyer expressly assumes responsibility for compliance and agrees to indemnify and hold NQI LLC harmless from claims arising out of Buyer’s actions or failures to act.
Pricing / Order Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from suppliers, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price.

This website may contain links to third-party websites. Those sites are not under our control. Accessing any third-party site is at your own risk, and we are not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of third-party content.
User Submissions
Information submitted through forms on this website shall be deemed non-confidential. You agree not to submit unlawful, obscene, or defamatory material and not to violate the rights of any third party.
